You're an experienced midwifery leader who combines clinical expertise with compassion and sound judgement.

Here's what will help you thrive in this role:
Current registration, or eligibility for registration, as a Registered Midwife.
Advanced experience in maternity care and clinical leadership.
Robust knowledge of quality improvement, clinical governance and evidence-based practice.
Excellent communication, collaboration and change leadership skills.
You'll stand out from the crowd if you have:
Postgraduate qualifications in Midwifery, Health Management or a related field.




Experience leading service improvement or innovation within maternity services.
