As a Lifestyle Support Worker, you will play a vital role in enhancing the quality of life for individuals with disabilities by providing personalised support and enabling them to live as independently as possible.

What you'll be doing
Assist clients with daily living activities such as personal care, meal preparation, and household tasks




Facilitate engaging and meaningful community participation, social activities, and recreational pursuits
Provide a high level of personalised care and support tailored to each client's unique needs and preferences
Advocate for client rights and ensure their wellbeing and safety
Maintain detailed client records and documentation
What we're looking for
Previous experience in a similar role supporting individuals with disabilities or in the aged care sector
A genuine passion for making a positive difference in the lives of others
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle
Working with Children's Check (Blue Card) (ability to obtain)
Disability Services Positive Exemption Card (yellow card) (ability to obtain)
First aid certification (ability to obtain)
NDIS required training Modules Free and Easy to obtain
Own vehicle with comprehensive car insurance
Smart Phone
