They run tight, well-organised crews, have a solid pipeline of secured work, and actually invest in the people doing the job — structured training, real career pathways, and a team culture that doesn't disappear after the first week.About The OpportunityThis role is about running the site — not just showing up to it.As Roofing Supervisor / Leading Hand, you'll take full ownership of daily operations: managing your crew, keeping quality high, solving problems on the fly, and making sure every project is delivered on time and to standard.Reporting directly to the Operations Manager, your responsibilities will include:Leading and supervising metal roofing crews on residential projectsManaging site sequencing, workflow and daily operationsHolding the standard on safety, quality and deadlines — every timeCommunicating clearly with clients,



crew and managementTroubleshooting site issues fast so nothing stallsSetting the benchmark for workmanship and team performanceThis is a hands-on role.
You'll be on the tools and leading the crew — not watching from the ground.About YouThe right person for this role will have:Solid experience in residential metal roofingExperience as a Leading Hand or Supervisor — or the drive to step into that role nowWhite Card and a current driver's licenceStrong working knowledge of roofing systems, flashings and installationsThe ability to communicate clearly, solve problems quickly and keep a crew movingWorking at Heights certification or other high-risk tickets (highly regarded)What's in it for You?
