Our story.
It started with a family and their challenge to find disability support that worked for them.
They needed more and knew that people with disabilities could have more independence, choice, and control in their lives.
The Hireup purpose was born, and now we strive to enable the pursuit of a good life for everyone.
What are we looking for?
We're looking for enthusiastic and reliable support workers in Mayfield to join our mission of setting a new standard for support.
Hireup support workers are passionate about making a difference in the lives of people with disability and older Australians, and are committed to high standards of quality.
Your background:
This role would suit people with some experience in disability support, aged care or nursing.
Lived experience caring for family living with a disability is also highly regarded.
Experience with the following support is highly desirable:
Supporting clients living with quadriplegia
Catheter and bowel care
Personal care
Medication management and wound care
Experience is desirable; for the right candidate who is eager to learn, can adapt to different situations, and has great attention to detail, training can be provided.
Mandatory documents required:
Registration to Work with Vulnerable People (RWVP) with an NDIS endorsement.

Right to work within Australia
The shift times are as stated below:
Morning Routine - 7 am to 11 am
Lunch shift - 11 am to 2 pm
Bed Shift - 6.15 pm to 9 pm
Having availability across some of these times on 3+ days would be highly desirable.
