You will actively seek current business for the club,



representing the Gym in a positive and professional manner.As a Membership Consultant your primary responsibility will be achieving individual and team goals and targets as set out by the Directors and Club Managers.To be successful you must:Possess excellent communication skillsHave previous experience in a similar roleExperience in working to KPI's (Key Performance Indicators)Have a passion for health and fitnessEnjoy helping people start their goalsExperience in Pro Active Lead Generation and outreachBe seekingfull time workand able to work weekendsBe flexible with work hours and accommodating to arotating rosterBe able to work alone as well as in a team environmentSales trainingwith loads more on the job trainingWe also provide our Membership Consultants with daily meetings & catch-ups, ongoing monthly sales training and quarterly awards and launches.
