Whether you're supporting someone to learn a new life skill, gain confidence catching public transport, prepare for employment, or become more independent in everyday life, you'll play an important role in helping participants achieve meaningful outcomes.Your responsibilities may include:Community access and social participationCapacity building and independent living skillsTravel training and confidence using public transportSupporting participants to access employment, volunteering and education opportunitiesEncouraging independence with daily routines and decision-makingBuilding positive relationships with participants, families and the wider communityCompleting high-quality progress notes that reflect participant outcomes and goal achievementNo two days are the same, but every shift is focused on helping participants build confidence,
