You will:Manage and grow existing customer accounts while identifying new opportunitiesBuild robust relationships with distributors and key stakeholdersUse market data to develop targeted sales plans and uncover underpenetrated industriesUnderstand customer needs and provide tailored, solution-focused outcomesDeliver real value through Flexco's products and servicesTerritory Sales Managers participate in Flexco Australia's incentive scheme, rewarding performance against sales budgets and the achievement of key corporate objectives.Position Scope & Key Result Areas:Distributor Engagement & GrowthStrengthen distributor relationships through regular engagement and joint sales initiativesEnsure distributors actively promote and represent Flexco in the marketCustomer Support & Revenue GrowthSupport existing customers by providing solutions that enhance their operationsIdentify and drive upselling and cross-selling opportunities, including Product of the Month promotionsDeliver sustainable year-on-year revenue growthAlign activities with Flexco's business priorities and profitability goalsNew Business Development & Market Share GrowthIdentify and target new customers, sites, and industries to expand market shareUtilise market data to support strategic growth initiativesEffective Pipeline & CRM ManagementMaintain an accurate and up-to-date sales pipelineConsistently utilise Flexco's CRM platform to track opportunities and activityLeverage data insights to improve forecasting and sales performanceTraining & Voice of Customer (VOC)Deliver training sessions to distributors and customers to enhance product knowledgeCapture and share customer insights and feedback to inform business strategy and investment decisionsFlexco ValuesDemonstrate integrity, collaboration, and a customer-first mindset in all interactionsFoster innovation, teamwork, and continuous improvement.Qualifications, Skills & ExperiencePrevious experience in a direct sales or marketing roleIndustry-related experience (highly regarded)Strong computer literacy, including Microsoft OfficeExperience using a CRM system (Salesforce experience is advantageous)Current driver's licenseKey Personal AttributesExcellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skillsStrong customer service focusWell-developed problem-solving and analytical skillsAbility to work independently and prioritise effectivelySelf-starter with strong organisational skillsProactive, with the ability to work both autonomously and collaboratively in a team environmentIf you're ready to join a business where you can make an impact, grow your career, and be part of a high-performing team, we'd love to hear from you.
