Job DescriptionWorking alongside the Service Coordinator, you will play a key role in the day‐to‐day leadership of the service by:Supporting the daily operations of a high-quality OSHC service.Leading engaging, child‐centred programs that inspire creativity, curiosity and wellbeing.Building strong, positive relationships with children, families, schools and the wider community.Mentoring and supporting educators to deliver exceptional care and educational experiences.Promoting a safe, inclusive and welcoming environment where every child feels valued and supported.Assisting with compliance, programming and continuous improvement to ensure the service meets regulatory and quality standards.This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced educator who is ready to take the next step into leadership.

9 Kindergartens and 14 Outside School Hours Care centres.Mary MacKillop Childcare North Queensland is seeking passionate and experienced Assistant Coordinators to join our welcoming Outside School Hours Care (OSHC) teams at Burdell, Mundingburra, Rasmussen and Annandale.Our OSHC services provide high-quality before and after school care, as well as vacation care, where children can learn, play, explore and thrive in a secure, inclusive and engaging environment.
We are looking for leaders who are passionate about creating meaningful experiences for school‐aged children while supporting and inspiring a team of educators.This is a permanent opportunity, available on either a part‐time or full‐time basis ****** hours per week).
