Key Responsibilities
Carry out servicing,



maintenance, diagnostics, repairs and overhauls on heavy diesel equipment within our workshop
Diagnose mechanical faults and complete repairs efficiently and safely
Recondition engines, components and equipment to a high standard
Complete service reports, job cards and parts requests accurately
Maintain a clean, safe and organised workshop environment
Work collaboratively with the workshop team to meet customer and project deadlines
About You
Relevant Diesel Fitter or Heavy Vehicle Trade Qualification
Demonstrated experience maintaining and repairing heavy diesel, earthmoving or plant equipment
Strong diagnostic and fault-finding skills
Experience with hydraulic, engine and drivetrain repairs
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Good computer skills and experience completing service documentation
Commitment to workplace health and safety
Ability to work under pressure during busy periods
This is a residential role based in Gladstone and is not suited to FIFO or DIDO arrangements.
