The Role
Network Steel is currently seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative to join our team.
As the Customer Service Representative, you are responsible for maintaining customer relationships for Network Steel in line with the direction of the business.
Your core responsibilities are focused on customer driven tasks and support any inquiries in a prompt professional manner.
As a part of Network Steel team, you are expected to role model the values and behaviours to ensure a high performing and engaged culture.
This role will sit within the Sales & Marketing team and contribute to the business efficiency and continuity.
Key Responsibilities
As the Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for:
Maintaining a positive, empathetic,
and professional attitude toward customers at all timesResponding promptly to customer inquiriesCommunicating with customers through various channelsAcknowledging and resolving customer complaintsUnderstanding of Network Steel products to support customer queriesProcessing orders, forms, applications, and requestsKeeping records of customer interactions, transactions and complaintsCommunicating and coordinating with colleagues as necessaryProviding feedback on the efficiency of the customer service processEnsure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support
Key Skills
To be successful in this role you will possess the following:
Customer service experience with excellent communication and listening skillsConfident telephone mannerHelpful attitudeReliable, with solid work ethicSelf-motivated and team playerComputer skills including Windows, Email, Word and Excel
