This role is crucial in ensuring the quality of our products, including asphalt, aggregates, and recycled materials, while meeting both internal and external customer standards.About the Role:Conduct quality control testing on asphalt, aggregates,



and recycled materialsEnsure compliance with internal and external quality standardsCollaborate closely with the operations & production teams to maintain product integrityAdhere to safety proceduresWhat You'll Bring (Essential):Current Driver's LicenceGeneral Construction Induction Card (White Card)Ability to work night shift as requiredStrong commitment to workplace safetyPreferred Qualifications & Experience (Not essential but highly regarded):Experience in asphalt, raw material, or CMT testingKnowledge of the road asphalt industryCertificate III or IV in Laboratory TechniquesUnderstanding of NATA standardsWhat We Offer:1 Rostered Day Off (RDO) every 4 weeksAbove award pay rates with annual increases & night shift loadingOn-the-job training and upskillingStrong focus on health, safety, and employee wellbeing
