This is a casual position that offers flexibility whilst delivering high-quality vocational training and assessment services to our diverse learner community.
You will play a vital role in developing the skills and confidence of participants through engaging, practical training and rigorous assessment practices.
This position is based in Rockhampton and is ideal for experienced trainers looking for adaptable, immediate opportunities in the vocational education and training sector.Key responsibilitiesDeliver engaging and interactive vocational training sessions tailored to diverse learner needs and abilitiesConduct a thorough and fair assessment of participant knowledge, skills and competency against industry standardsDevelop and adapt training materials and resources to ensure content is current, relevant and accessibleProvide constructive feedback to participants to support their learning progress and professional developmentMaintain accurate and detailed records of training delivery,
