Position Available
We are currently seeking a Fleet Coordinator to join our team on a full-time basis.
This is a great hands-on role responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of our fleet, ensuring our vehicles and drivers operate safely, efficiently, and in full compliance with company policies and legislative requirements.
Key Responsibilities Include
Manage the day-to-day operations of our fleet.
Coordinate scheduled servicing, maintenance, repairs, and inspections to maximise vehicle availability.
Ensure fleet records and documentation are accurate and up to date.
Schedule preventative maintenance to minimise downtime and maintain fleet reliability.
Support incident reporting and assist with investigations where required.
Ensure drivers comply with company policies, safety procedures,



fatigue management requirements, and relevant transport legislation.
About You
To be successful in this position, you should have the following:
Proven experience in fleet coordination or a similar operation role
A sound understanding of heavy vehicle operations, maintenance coordination, and fleet compliance.
Excellent organisational and time management skills.
Strong communication skills with the ability to build positive working relationships with drivers, suppliers, and internal stakeholders.
Previous exposure to regional and long haul operations is highly desirable
