This is a wide-ranging role combining customer service, sales support and logistics coordination.
This position reports to the National Sales Manager.About the RoleYou will be a key point of contact for customers across Australia, New Zealand, PNG, and the Pacific Islands.
Working closely with our sales and service teams, you will help ensure customers receive excellent support while orders are processed and delivered efficiently.This role combines office-based customer support and administration with inventory responsibilities.Key ResponsibilitiesRespond to customer enquiries via phone and email.Prepare quotations and process customer orders in ERP systemFollow up quotations and customer requests.Maintain accurate customer records in CRM and ERP systems.Process invoices, order acknowledgements,



and related documentation.Support the sales team with customer service and administrative activities.Coordinate deliveries and returns.Monitor inventory levels and maintain stock accuracy.Assist with maintaining warehouse, showroom, and office supplies.About YouExperience in customer service, sales support, order processing, logistics coordination, inventory administration, or a similar role.Experience using ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Infor LN, or similar).
