Full training will be provided, and you'll be supported by experienced operators as you build valuable skills in a modern production setting.About the RoleAs a Process ManufaturingTrainee, you'll learn how to safely operate within a large-scale manufacturing facility, working as part of a team to produce high‐quality products while maintaining strict safety and quality standards.You will gain experience in:Operating and monitoring production equipmentPackaging and processing productsConducting quality checks and recording production dataAssisting with machine setup, cleaning and basic maintenanceFollowing workplace safety, quality and operational proceduresWorking collaboratively to achieve production targetsThis role is ideal for someone who enjoys practical work, problem‐solving, teamwork and working in a structured environment.Roster & HoursWe have multiple full‐time opportunities available across a variety of roster patterns, depending on the role and department.
These include:Monday to Friday AM ShiftMonday to Friday PM Shift12-hour rotating day shifts,
