Ultimate Security is seeking professional, customer-focused Security Officers with shopping centre experience to join our growing team in the Sydney CBD.
This role is ideal for individuals who take pride in delivering exceptional customer service while maintaining a safe and secure workplace for retailers, staff, and visitors.As a shopping centre security officer, you will be responsible for providing a visible security presence, responding to incidents, conducting patrols, and assisting customers and tenants as required.Key ResponsibilitiesConduct regular foot patrols throughout the shopping centreMonitor and respond to alarms, incidents, and emergenciesProvide excellent customer service to patrons, retailers,



and centre managementComplete incident reports and daily activity logs accuratelyMonitor CCTV systems and report suspicious activityEnforce centre policies and proceduresAssist with opening and closing proceduresLiaise with emergency services and centre management when requiredSelection CriteriaPrevious experience working in a shopping centre security environmentMust hold a NSW 1A security licenceMust hold a valid First Aid certificateMust be able to stand for long periodsDemonstrate punctuality and reliability at all timesUltimate Security Australia values diversity and encourages interest from Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Peoples and people with diverse cultural and linguistic backgrounds.
