About you;
You're an experienced Lead Educator with a heart for high-quality care and inclusive leadershipPassionate about early childhood education and dedicated to creating engaging learning environmentsYou design thoughtful programming that empowers children as independent learnersNurtures curiosity, resilience, and self-awareness in every childInspires inquisitive young minds through meaningful interactions and intentional teachingLays a solid foundation for a lifelong love of learning
What You'll Bring:




A Diploma in Early Childhood Education or an ACECQA-approved equivalentA current Working with Children CheckStrong knowledge of the EYLF and National Quality StandardsAustralian Working RightsA professional and friendly personal presentationConfidence and curiosity to build relationships with families and the local communityA team-first attitude and a desire to make a differenceTwo professional references are required, including one from a manager or supervisor in a childcare or education setting
