Motorola Solutions is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our Queensland-based business.
As the National Operations Manager, you will be responsible for driving operational excellence and ensuring the efficient delivery of our industry-leading communication solutions to our valued customers.
This is a full time position based in our Brisbane office.What you'll be doingProviding strategic leadership and direction to the operations team to meet key business objectivesOverseeing the planning, coordination and execution of all operational activitiesIdentifying and implementing process improvements to enhance productivity and streamline workflowsMonitoring performance metrics and identifying opportunities for optimisationManaging the allocation of resources to ensure operational targets are metFostering a strong safety culture and ensuring compliance with relevant regulationsBuilding and maintaining positive relationships with key stakeholdersLeading, motivating and developing a high-performing operations teamWhat we're looking forExtensive experience in a senior operations management role, ideally within the mining, resources or energy sectorsProven track record of driving operational excellence and continuous improvementStrong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to inspire and develop a teamExcellent problem-solving,
