With experience in administration, program coordination, events or stakeholder support, you thrive in a dynamic environment,
build strong relationships and take pride in delivering exceptional customer and member experiences.Key ResponsibilitiesCoordinate and support the delivery of Digital Hub programs, workshops, events and industry initiativesManage day-to-day Hub operations, including member services, facilities readiness and administrative processesMaintain accurate program, event, grant and operational records and reporting requirementsBuild positive relationships with members, partners, suppliers and stakeholders to support successful outcomesSkills and ExperienceExperience in project coordination, program support, event management or community/industry program deliveryStrong customer service and stakeholder engagement skillsWell-developed administrative, organisational and record management capabilitiesExperience using digital systems, databases, spreadsheets and collaboration toolsStrong communication, problem-solving and time management skillsAn interest in technology, innovation, startups, AI or local industry developmentQualificationsRelevant qualifications or demonstrated experience in business administration, project coordination, event management, community development, communications, technology or a related field.Current C Class driver licenceBlue Card or ability to obtain one (desirable)Work where others Holiday.
