Upon their return, the Marketing Coordinator will continue to support the department, allowing you to focus on leading strategy, managing campaigns, overseeing budgets, and driving the continued growth of the Mercer & Cooper brand.This is not simply a parental leave contract.

balancing strategic leadership with hands‐on execution.Working closely with the Directors and advisory team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing initiatives that generate leads, build brand awareness, nurture client relationships, and support business growth.This role offers significant autonomy and the opportunity to make a genuine impact.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute the overall marketing strategy for Mercer & Cooper.Manage and allocate the annual marketing budget.Track campaign performance and report on key metrics and ROI.Identify growth opportunities across digital, events, partnerships, and brand channels.Work closely with leadership to align marketing initiatives with business objectives.Campaign ManagementPlan, coordinate, and execute integrated marketing campaigns.Oversee lead generation and nurturing initiatives.Manage content calendars and campaign schedules.Coordinate external suppliers, designers, videographers, and contractors as required.Brand & ContentMaintain and strengthen Mercer & Cooper's brand positioning.Oversee social media, email marketing, website content, and digital communications.Oversee marketing collateral, presentations, eBooks,



and promotional materials.Support the growth of personal brands within the business through thought leadership content and educational marketing.Events & Community EngagementCoordinate educational webinars, networking events, and client functions.Manage event marketing and attendee communications.Support strategic partnerships and community engagement initiatives.About YouWe're looking for someone who combines strategic thinking with strong execution skills.You'll ideally have:5+ years of marketing experience, including leadership or management responsibilities.Experience developing and implementing marketing strategies and budgets.Strong digital marketing knowledge across social media, email marketing, content marketing, and lead generation.Exceptional written communication and copywriting skills.Strong project management and organisational abilities.The ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.Experience within property, financial services, professional services, or a related industry will be highly regarded.Experience using design platforms such as Canva and Adobe Creative Suite to create high-quality marketing assets.Experience managing CRM platforms and building automated marketing funnels and customer journeys (e.g. Go High Level or similar).
