About the role
We are seeking an experienced Change, Training & Communications Lead to join our team on an 18-month maximum term contract.
In this role, you'll drive organisational readiness and adoption across a large-scale Payroll and Workforce Management transformation program.
Reporting to the Program Manager, you will be responsible for leading the end-to-end change, training and communications strategy across multiple interconnected workstreams spanning payroll, workforce management and people systems.
Working closely with business leaders, subject matter experts, implementation partners and project teams, you will help prepare impacted stakeholders for new systems, processes and ways of working, ensuring a successful transition and long-term adoption.

What you'll do
Develop and deliver the change, training and communications strategy for a major payroll and workforce management transformationConduct change impact assessments and identify organisational readiness requirements across impacted business areasDesign and deliver communication plans that build awareness, engagement and adoption throughout the program lifecycleLead training strategy, materials development and learning delivery activities for different stakeholder groupsPartner with business leaders, SMEs and implementation teams to prepare teams for new systems, processes and ways of workingMonitor readiness, adoption and change outcomes, recommending interventions where requiredCoach leaders and managers to effectively support their teams through change
What you'll bring
Proven experience leading change management, training and communications activities within large-scale transformation programsStrong knowledge of organisational change methodologies and adoption practicesExperience supporting payroll and workforce management technology implementationsDemonstrated capability in stakeholder engagement, facilitation and influencing across all organisational levelsExperience conducting impact assessments,



readiness activities and adoption planningExceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex information for different audiencesStrong planning, prioritisation and delivery skills within fast-paced project environments
Highly regarded
