Key Responsibilities
Lead quality performance across the glass AuNZ network
Manage cost of quality, including stock on hold and claims
Own quality governance, risk and audit frameworks
Standardise quality systems, processes and reporting
Partner with operations to improve quality and service outcomes
Lead customer quality issues, escalation and resolution
Oversee supplier and imported product quality
Drive continuous improvement and problem solving
Build capability across the network
