About the Opportunity
We are looking for the best Bar Supervisors to join our team to deliver a best-in-class experience for both our guests and crew.
You will ensure a high standard of service and bar operations.
These roles are hands‐on, and perfect for someone who thrives in a fast‐paced, energetic setting and is passionate about delivering exceptional guest service.
The Ideal Candidate Must Have
Demonstrated restaurant bar supervisor experience in a premium a-la-carte dining environment




Proven track record in leading a high performing team
Exemplary leadership with a strong focus on the crew development
Exceptional service skills and guest focus
Solid understanding of management and restaurant compliance practices
Ability to adapt and thrive in a dynamic workplace and high‐pressure service periods
Proven ability in building effective relationships
Organisational and time management skills
Experience using a Time & Attendance, and stock management system
Exceptional communication and presentation
Available and willing to work weekends, public holidays, opening and closing shifts
Must possess a valid RSA certificate
Qualification in Hospitality, Management or similar discipline
