The position is in Sydney CBD, Current South Walesand isfull-time, Monday to Friday, 38 hoursper week, with a tailored training program delivered upon commencement.
We ensure that you have the necessary skills and training to provide consistent and quality customer service, to ensure your success in the role.About the role:
Oversee day-to-day clinic operationsManaging and optimising bookings (including accepting appointments)Responding to and investigating basic patient complaints in a timely and appropriate mannerCollaborate with the coordination hub to streamline bookings and optimise doctor workflow processesDevelop, implement, and maintain systems and processes to support efficient clinic operationsImplement and uphold policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory and organisational standards whilst adhering to WHSEnsure delivery of high-quality patient care and service throughout clinic appointmentsSupport the Area Manager with workforce planning and recruitment activities as neededCoordinate rosters for both clinical and non-clinical staffOversee training and development initiatives for the team and lead induction and orientation programsProvide direct leadership and supervision to clinic reception staff
What we need from you:
