Professional and friendly team | Great working-life balanceLong term chance at a sought after organisationInteresting and unique working environmentYour New Position:As Maintenance Planner, you will undertake planning activities to maintain a large, interesting site assisting with planning a variety of works including buildings, grounds, electrical, and mechanical services.You will be working in a cohesive team of Maintenance Planners assisting with the management and coordination of routine, corrective and breakdown maintenance works.
You will ensure that all maintenance tasks are planned by prioritising maintenance activities.
No two days are the same in this dynamic environment.You will:Manage the day-to-day allocation of maintenance workEstablish appropriate maintenance plans and maintain accurate information and records in SAPSource contractors to undertake non-routine worksEnsure materials and equipment is available when requiredLiaise with supervisors, sub contractors, clients and other stakeholdersAssist with scope of works,



tendering and contract documentationEnsure all work is completed within timeframes and comply with safety standardsYour Background:Demonstrated experience in a Maintenance Planner positionGood understanding of maintenance strategy, planning and coordinationExperience coordinating maintenance activities across buildings, HVAC systems or broader building services environments will be highly regardedTrades background not necessary but well regardedExperience with SAP or similar highly regardedExcellent problem-solving skills and a proactive approachExceptional communication skills both oral and writtenThis is an exceptional opportunity to enhance your career and be valued for your contributions.
