We are seeking an experienced Physiotherapist to join our growing team in Randwick, Mascot, Surry Hills and surrounds.
You will deliver evidence-based physiotherapy assessments and interventions to clients under aged care funding programs, with a focus on reablement and restorative care.
Your work will help older people maintain or regain independence, mobility, and confidence to remain living at home.Your Team:You'll be joining an established and supportive group of health professionals who share a passion for helping older Australians live well.

we help people feel loved, valued, and respected every day.About You:Degree in Physiotherapy with current AHPRA registrationDemonstrated abilityto assess physiotherapy needs and develop individualised programs for aged care clients in the communityPostgraduate experience in aged care, rehabilitation, or community settingsComprehensive understanding of reablement and restorative care modelsConfident working both independently and within a multidisciplinary teamExcellent written and verbal communication skillsDemonstrated computer literacyAlignment with BaptistCare's values and missionCurrent first aid certificate (or willingness to obtain)Unrestricted driver's licence and access to a reliable, registered vehicle with minimum Third-Party Property Damage Insurance.About Us:BaptistCare is a leading purpose-led care organisation, guided by our Christian identity and serving people and communities across Australia for more than 110 years.
