We specialise in delivering and erecting marquees for events, ensuring every occasion is executed with precision and excellence.We are looking for a motivated Warehouse Manager to take ownership of our warehouse operations, lead a team, and ensure seamless event preparation and logistics.Key Responsibilities:Lead, train, and motivate a small team to achieve operational excellence.Plan and allocate tasks to ensure efficient workflow and adherence to deadlines.Supervise warehouse operations, including loading, unloading, packing, and equipment maintenance.Promote a team culture of safety, accountability, and high performance.Ensure all hire equipment is clean, organised, and prepared for each event.Work closely with the Operations Manager, Site Foreman, and Yard Supervisor to coordinate event logistics.Track and maintain inventory to avoid shortages and equipment issues.Assist with truck loading/unloading and ensure safe transportation of equipment.Conduct regular inspections and quality control checks on all event hire items.Ensure Workplace Health & Safety (WHS)
