Program Worker - Aboriginal Homelessness

We are seeking a Program Worker to join our Aboriginal Homelessness team on a Full Time, Fixed term basis in Casino and Ballina to help make a positive social change, together.

What you'll be doing
Holistic case management you will be supporting people with housing pathways
Networking with external allied health professionals and service providers
Provide practice that is strengths based, person-centred, solutions-focused and culturally responsive and secure in line with Social Futures Practice and Case Management Frameworks requirements
Provide high-quality customer-centred individual and/or family case management
What we're looking for
Experience providing high quality customer-centred individual and/or family case management
Previous experience working within homelessness or a similar sector
Demonstrated well-developed organisational,
time management and administrative skills with the ability to plan, prioritise and meet deadlines
Demonstrated experience in maintaining professional boundaries while engaging in person-centred work
