The primary objective of the Maintenance Technician is to support the Maintenance Manager, ensuring achievement of targeted machine up-time, profitability, growth and service quality in compliance with all regulatory requirements.The Maintenance Technician (Fitter) is responsible for ensuring the efficient and effective functioning of all maintenance related activities and tasks within the Ensign operation to support the service and delivery functions of the Queensland laundry.The position of Maintenance Technician requires the individual to display solid time management and organisational skills to achieve desired outcomes within agreed timeframes and within specified budget parameters.Trade Qualification – Mechanical License is a minimum requirement, Sound Mechanical Skills, Solid experience within a Manufacturing/Industrial environment, Minimum 5 years Mechanical experience.Darra Laundry is part of ENSIGN SERVICES, Australia's largest provider of Managed Laundry and Textile solutions.
