With approximately 120 employees working across a range of frontline and enabling roles, we are committed to creating a protected, capable and engaged workforce that delivers high-quality support.We are seeking an experienced and practical senior/experienced HR Advisor to join our team and provide trusted, responsive HR support across the employee lifecycle.About the RoleReporting to the part-time HR Business Partner, the HR Advisor will deliver day-to-day HR services and provide high-quality advice to managers and employees.This is a broad, hands-on role suited to an experienced HR generalist who enjoys balancing the HR lifecycle, policy interpretation, operational HR support, compliance monitoring and technology.
You will work closely with our employees and other enabling departments and as a small business these relationships will be key to your success.As the HR Business Partner works part-time, you will also play an important role in maintaining continuity across the HR function,



independently managing operational matters within your level of authority and escalating complex or high-risk issues when required.About YouYou have developed a strong foundation in HR process management through several years of experience and now have the knowledge and expertise to present solutions to business needs.You can build trusted relationships while providing clear, balanced and confident advice.
