you'll be responsible for ensuring the reliability and performance of a quick‐paced food manufacturing facility by:Performing preventative and breakdown maintenance across production equipmentDiagnosing and repairing mechanical faults efficientlyWorking on conveyors, pumps, gearboxes, motors, pneumatics and hydraulic systemsCompleting scheduled maintenance to minimise downtimeAssisting with machinery upgrades and continuous improvement projectsCollaborating closely with production and engineering teams to maximise plant performanceMaintaining high standards of safety and food qualityAbout YouTo be successful, you will have:Trade qualification as a Mechanical FitterPrevious experience within food, beverage, FMCG or manufacturingStrong fault‐finding and troubleshooting skillsExperience with preventative and reactive maintenanceA proactive attitude with excellent communication skillsCommitment to safety and continuous improvementWhy Join This Business?
