allowing our team to spend more time building relationships and delivering exceptional customer service.About the RoleAs a Property Manager, you'll manage your own portfolio while being supported by an experienced team, dedicated administration support and proven systems.Your responsibilities will include:Managing a residential portfolioDelivering exceptional customer service to landlords and tenantsBuilding long-term relationships with clients through proactive communicationConducting routine inspections and leasing inspectionsCoordinating maintenance and repairs efficientlyPreparing properties for lease and overseeing marketing campaignsNegotiating lease renewals and rent reviewsWorking collaboratively with our Sales, Leasing and Administration teamsAbout YouWe're looking for someone who is positive, organised and passionate about delivering outstanding customer service.You will have:Previous Property Management experience (preferred)Current NSW Certificate of Registration or Real Estate LicenceExcellent communication and relationship-building skillsStrong organisational and time management abilitiesA proactive,
