About the company/role:
Our client is a food ingredient manufacturer supplying a diverse range of clients in the food industry.
They are seeking an experienced Quality Systems Coordinator to join their team in Wetherill Park.
This is a full-time, permanent day shift role.
Duties:
Develop, review and maintain HACCP flow charts for all production processes
Conduct regular validation and verification activities
Support internal and external audits
Track and trend products and processes
Develop and maintain the QMS and documentation
Drive continuous improvement
Skills/experience:
Tertiary qualifications in Food Science or a related discipline
Previous experience in the food industry is essential
Prior exposure to HACCP, GMP, CCPs is essential
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Robust attention to detail
Excellent communication skills
