This includes ensuring that our resident care and treatments are documented to meet regulatory requirements, communicating effectively with residents, medical practitioners, allied health professionals and relatives as well as providing leadership and supervision to other nursing staff.
This position will suit professional RNs who are versatile and passionate about aged care.Skills and Experience:At least 2 years experience as an RN withing aged care in Australia (Essential)A good understanding of contemporary aged care, clinical practice and clinical leadership in a residential setting.Excellent clinical assessment and decision-making skillsAbility to problem solve, negotiate,
