What You?
ll Do
Prepare, cook, and plate high-quality seafood and short-order meals
Maintain stocks, order supplies, and manage kitchen organization
Clean and sanitize food prep areas, utensils, and equipment
Work under pressure while delivering consistent, excellent food service
Who You Are




Experienced in cooking/short-order/fry cooking (1-2 years in hotel/club industry preferred, but not essential)
Keen to complete an apprenticeship?

Seafood experience is a bonus
RSA is advantageous
Skilled in deep frying
Available on weekends, public holidays, and evenings
Knowledge of food safety standards
Reliable, punctual, well-presented, and able to work independently
