What We're Looking For:
The ability to obtain QLD Salesperson Registration within 3 months if not currently held
Loyalty, integrity, and a genuine commitment to growing with the team long term
A strong customer service mindset and commitment to delivering an outstanding client experience
A confident phone manner and strong communication skills
The ability to work independently and as part of a high-performing team
Flexible schedule and weekends Real estate is not another 9-5 Job
Impeccable personal presentation and a professional demeanor
A driven, goal-oriented attitude with a hunger to succeed
Ability to work under pressure in a high-energy environment
A strong work ethic and ability to meet targets and KPIs
The ability to build strong relationships with vendors and buyers




A proactive approach to problem-solving and quick decision-making skills
Excellent time management and organizational skills
The ability to adapt to new systems and processes
Proficiency in computers, CRM software, and data entry (training provided)
Basic familiarity with CRM software systems
A valid driver's license and reliable transport
Key Responsibilities:
Cold Prospecting & Lead Generation: Database prospecting, cold calling, door knocking, letterbox drop-offs, and managing pipeline of sellers
Warm Prospecting & Lead Generation: Follow ups and continue relationship building with existing clients and database.
Door knocking around current listings
Sales & Auction Assistance: Booking and preparing appraisals, assisting with private inspections, open homes, and auction preparation
Client Engagement: Handling phone and email inquiries, building relationships with new and existing buyers and vendors
Marketing & Admin Support: Assisting with marketing materials, social media content, data entry, and other administrative tasks as required
