This is a full-time position that combines customer service excellence with sales expertise to drive business growth and student enrolment.
You will be at the forefront of our organisation, representing our vocational training programs to prospective students and clients whilst building lasting relationships that support our mission to deliver quality education and training opportunities.
This role is integral to our sales and student recruitment strategy, directly contributing to the College expansion and success.Key responsibilitiesRespond to customer enquiries via phone, email and in-person, providing comprehensive information about vocational courses and training programmesIdentify prospective students' needs and match them with suitable vocational training solutionsConduct needs assessments and consultations to understand educational and career goalsPresent course offerings, fees, payment options and enrolment procedures in a transparent and compelling mannerProcess student enquiries and manage the initial stages of the enrolment pipelineBuild and maintain positive relationships with prospective students, employers and external stakeholdersMaintain accurate records of customer interactions, enquiries and follow-ups in the customer relationship management (CRM) systemProvide feedback to management on market trends, competitor activity and customer preferencesCollaborate with the wider team to ensure alignment on programme messaging and positioningFollow up with warm leads and convert enquiries into confirmed enrolmentsWhat we're looking forProven experience in a customer service or sales advisory role, ideally within education, training or a similar sectorExcellent communication skills, both verbal and written,
