Your part in our Buderim Hospital teamAs Clinical Nurse (dual qualified RN/RM) in our team, you will provide exceptional patient care in the areas of your clinicalexpertisewhilst assessing and responding appropriately to clinical nursing issues and concerns.Provide supervision and guidance within a multi-disciplinary team through effective decision making and supportYou will lead by example through exceptional communication, customerserviceand patient advocacy.This is a leadership position where you will be the CN in charge after hours and weekends if rostered.What makes a difference for us?




Minimum of 5 years' experience in a similar clinical leadership settingBachelor of Nursing and Midwifery or equivalent and AHPRA registration(must be dual registered RN/RM)Demonstrated ability to provide leadership,supportand mentorshipFlexibility to work a 24/7 rotating rosterCommitment to ongoing professional development and quality improvementsWillingness to obtain required vaccinations in line with hospitals infection control requirements, as well as undergo national criminal history check and functional assessmentWhat makes a difference for you?
