The Role
Our Receptionist plays a key role in the day-to-day running of the clinic, providing exceptional patient care and helping create a smooth, professional experience for every patient who contacts or visits Face Fit.




This role is centred around patient care, appointment book management and supporting the Clinic Manager.
You will be responsible for managing patient enquiries, scheduling and adjusting appointments, maintaining an organised appointment book, welcoming patients into the clinic and helping ensure each clinic day runs smoothly for both patients and practitioners.
You will manage enquiries across phone, email and social media with professionalism, warmth and attention to detail, while ensuring communication aligns with clinic protocols and industry compliance requirements.
You will also be the first point of contact for patient concerns, using initiative, problem‐solving skills and professional judgement to assist where appropriate and elevate when needed.
Additional responsibilities include processing payments, supporting retail skincare purchases, maintaining product displays and helping keep the reception area and clinic spaces clean, tidy and beautifully presented throughout the day.
We are looking for someone who is highly organised, calm under pressure and confident managing multiple priorities at once.
Strong attention to detail is essential, as small booking or communication errors can have a big impact on the patient experience and the clinic day.
This is a part-time,



on-site role based in Southport.
The required roster includes Mondays, Wednesdays, Thursdays (late night), and alternate Saturdays.

Skills and Experience Required
Minimum 2 years' experience in a patient-facing reception role is required.
Experience in medical, allied health, dental, cosmetic, aesthetic, wellness or other appointment-based clinic environments will be highly regarded.
Strong appointment book management skills
Excellent communication and customer service skills across phone, email and in-person interactions
Confidence responding to patient enquiries, appointment changes and initial patient concerns professionally
The ability to communicate in line with clinic protocols and industry compliance requirements
High attention to detail and accuracy
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to show initiative
A calm, organised approach in a busy clinic environment
Professional written communication skills
A warm, friendly and welcoming manner
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Outlook and relevant computer systems
A tidy and organised approach, as reception is the first impression patients have of our clinic
Experience with filming and editing reels and using Canva is desirable but not essential.
