Berendsen Fluid Power operates a well-equipped workshop and machine shop that overhauls and rebuilds hydraulic cylinders, pumps and motors, and is the base for a team of field service technicians providing breakdown and maintenance services to hydraulic equipment users throughout the Illawarra region.Reporting directly to the Service Manager, this is an excellent prospect for a suitably qualified graduate to learn all facets of the business and forge a genuine career pathway within this growing national company.The RoleProviding technical support to customers on hydraulic product selection, application, maintenance and repairEstimating and coordinating job workflow through to completionPreparing and presenting quotes and estimates for repair, manufacturing and project workVisiting customer sites to build relationships and develop businessVerifying hydraulic cylinder repair scopes, including material selection, modifications and manufacturing processesSupporting the commercially sound operation of the workshop while meeting customer requirementsActing as first point of contact with sales, customers,
