This is a fantastic opportunity to become part of growing dealerships where you'll work closely with our Sales team while building valuable sales experience in the automotive industry.About the RoleAs a Sales Trainee, you will be based in one of our New Car Dealerships reporting directly the Sales Manager.
Over the course of 12 months, you will develop hands-on experience across the dealership while building the product knowledge, customer skills, and sales fundamentals needed to launch a successful career in automotive retail.To be successful,



you will have:A genuine enthusiasm for carsA professional presentation and willingness to learnStrong attention to detail, particularly around vehicle presentationA customer-focused attitude and confident communication styleThe ability to take direction and work as part of a close-knit teamA current and valid QLD driver's licencePrevious customer service or retail experience (advantageous but not essential)You will enjoy learning the business from the ground up and are willing to do what it takes to have a rewarding career with huge potential as you become an industry expert.
