About the Role
Our client, a leading pharmaceutical manufacturing company located in Brisbane's western suburbs, is seeking a Project Support Officer to join their Technical Services team on a casual ongoing contract, working Monday to Friday.
This is an exciting prospect to play a key role in supporting strategic manufacturing projects that improve business continuity, optimise manufacturing processes, and deliver cost savings.
Working closely with Technical Services and cross-functional stakeholders, you will provide project governance, coordination and reporting to ensure projects are delivered safely, efficiently and in line with business objectives.
Duties
Provide project management support and governance across site transfer projects and other strategic Technical Services initiatives.
Coordinate project activities relating to technology transfers, process improvements, process validation and Cost of Goods (COGS) reduction projects.
Monitor project progress, timelines, risks and key deliverables.
Prepare project reports,



status updates and presentations for Technical Services management and other stakeholders.
Collaborate with Manufacturing, Quality, Engineering and other cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery.
Support business initiatives focused on compliance, operational excellence, continuous improvement and customer service.
Complete GMP documentation in accordance with cGMP standards.
Skills & Experience
A Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Engineering, Science or a related discipline.
Experience within the pharmaceutical, biotechnology or other GMP-regulated manufacturing industry.
Experience supporting or delivering cross-functional projects, process improvements, validation activities or operational excellence initiatives.
A sound understanding of GMP/cGMP requirements and quality systems.
Experience in Quality Assurance, Technical Services, Manufacturing, Validation or a similar technical function, with an interest in transitioning into a project-focused role.
