Early Childhood Educator (Certificate III)About Georges River Council's Early Learning ServicesGeorges River Council operates five strategically located Early Learning Services, caring for around 400 children across areas including Beverly Hills, Carss Park, and Oatley.Our dedicated educators are recognised for their strong environmental programming and commitment to the National Quality Standards, with three services currently rated Exceeding by ACECQA.
Our diverse, united team fosters a positive and inclusive workplace culture.About the PositionHours: 45 hours per fortnight, with rostered start and finish times between 6.50am and 6.10pmSalary: $64,****** – $74,****** (full time equivalent), dependent on skills and experienceAs an Early Childhood Educator (Cert III), you will help create a safe, welcoming, and engaging learning environment for all children at the Centre.
You will support the planning and delivery of age‐appropriate programs that promote each child's learning, development, and wellbeing.
These programs will reflect the developmental, cultural, and individual needs of every child, including those requiring additional support.You will work closely with the team to build positive relationships with children and families.
Explicit and respectful communication with parents is a key part of this role, helping to support each child's growth and learning journey.Key focus areas include:Support children's learning, development, and daily programsPromote inclusive, child‐centred practice for all childrenAssist with program delivery and daily routinesBuild positive relationships with children to support confidence, independence, and social skillsHelp create safe, engaging learning environmentsCommunicate respectfully with families and encourage involvementMaintain health, safety, hygiene, and wellbeing standardsContribute professionally as a team member and comply with policies and regulationsWhat We Are Looking ForTo be successful in this role, you will bring a caring,
