manage and grow a portfolio of clientsDrive consistent business development through proactive outreach and networkingManage end-to-end recruitment across live rolesWork closely with Coordinators to optimise recruitment deliveryFollow Woods & Co's 8-Step Recruitment ProcessSubmit and promote top candidates through reverse marketingAttend client meetings and networking eventsMaintain accurate activity and reporting in BullhornBuild your personal brand through regular LinkedIn activityWhat do you need?
