We are currently seeking a passionate and professional Fun Squad Assistant Service Manager to join the team at our PCYC Surfers Paradise Fun Squad Service.
As the Assistant Service Manager, you will support the Fun Squad Service Manager to support team members and assist with daily duties.

Your New Role
You will support the Service Manager to lead and manage the service to ensure operation in line with government regulations, legislation, National Quality Framework and organisational requirements.
A key focus of the role is to support the Service Manager to build and maintain stakeholder relationships to increase commitment to the PCYC brand,
while inspiring a supportive culture of safety in line with PCYC Queensland values.We're committed to fostering a supportive, respectful, and positive atmosphere where everyone is welcome.

About You
Minimum Certificate III in childhood studies or other qualifications recognised by the regulatory authority AND working towards a Diploma in childhood studies or other qualifications recognised by the regulatory authorityMust hold one of the following child protection certificates: CHCPRT025 - Identify and report children and young people at risk, CHCPRT026 - Support the rights and safety of children and young people, or CHCECE057 - Use collaborative practices to uphold child protection principlesAbility to lead and manage a multidisciplinary Fun Squad teamDemonstrated knowledge of relevant legislation and regulations governing Fun Squad operationsHold a Working with Children Check/Blue Card (or able to obtain)Hold a current First Aid and CPR certificate (or able to obtain)
