If you're looking for meaningful work with a supportive organisation, we'd love to hear from you.What you could be doingAs a Disability Support Worker, you'll empower people with disability to live independently and achieve their goals by:Supporting daily living skills including cooking, domestic tasks and developing independenceProviding personal care including showering, dressing, toileting and feedingEncouraging community participation, hobbies and social connectionsAdministering medication and following individual support plansCompleting accurate documentation,



progress notes and incident reportsSupporting customers both at home and in the communityUtilising diabetes management and PEG feeding skills where required (training desirable)Upcoming shift opportunitiesWe anticipate opportunities across a variety of shifts, including:Morning: 6:00am – 2:00pmAfternoon: 2:00pm – 10:00pmSleepover shiftsActive overnight: 10:00pm – 6:00amWe'd love to hear from you if you haveA minimum of 2 years' experience supporting people with disabilityConfidence providing personal careAvailability across weekdays, weekends, sleepovers and active nightsExcellent communication skills with verbal and non-verbal customersStrong computer skills for documentation and reportingA current NDIS Worker Screening Clearance (or willingness to obtain)Current First Aid Certificate (HLTAID003 or equivalent)Qualifications in Disability, Individual Support or Community Services (desirable)A current unrestricted NSW Driver Licence and Full Comprehensive Motor Vehicle InsuranceWhy Lifestyle Solutions?
