About the Role:
As the Boutique Manager, you will play a key role in establishing our presence in Sydney, guiding a agile team to deliver exceptional customer experiences and achieve sales targets.
With a global client base and a legacy of excellence, this is an exciting opportunity for a leader who is ready to make a significant impact.
What We're Looking For:
Experience: At least 3 years in retail management, preferably within the luxury sector.
Passion for Luxury: A deep understanding and appreciation of luxury goods, particularly in jewellery or timepieces.
Positive and Proactive Mindset: A dynamic attitude with a passion for retail,



committed to going above and beyond in customer service.
Sales Leadership: Proven ability to drive sales through exceptional communication and customer service skills.
Team Motivation: Ability to inspire and motivate your team to achieve KPIs and store targets, driving profitability.
Luxury Experience: Previous experience in jewellery is a plus but not essential; however, strong leadership and high-level customer service experience are required.
