This is an excellent opportunity to maximise your earnings while working in a modern, high-volume production environment.You'll play a key role in delivering mechanical maintenance, breakdown response, and plant reliability support across a large-scale, automated facility.

and breakdown response on plant and production equipmentConduct preventative maintenance to minimise downtime and improve reliabilityAssist with equipment installations, upgrades, and commissioningCollaborate with electrical trades and production teams to troubleshoot faultsMaintain accurate maintenance records, job cards, and CMMS updatesEnsure compliance with safety, quality, and environmental standardsContribute to continuous improvement initiatives and root cause analysisAbout YouTrade-qualified Fitter / Mechanical TechnicianExperience in manufacturing, packaging, food production, or similar automated environmentsStrong fault-finding and diagnostic skillsHands-on capability, including welding and operating a lathe machineAbility to work effectively within a multi-disciplinary teamProactive approach to maintenance, safety, and problem-solvingFamiliarity with CMMS systems (preferred)Robust communication skillsThis role suits someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is looking to secure a stable position with strong earning potential and long-term growth.
