Based in Nowra, we specialise in premium solar, battery storage, hot water and electrical solutions for residential and commercial customers throughout the Shoalhaven.
We're looking for a motivated, qualified Electrician who is passionate about quality workmanship and wants to build a long-term career in the rapidly growing renewable energy industry.
Whether you're already SAA (CEC) accredited and experienced in solar and battery installations, or you're an electrician looking to transition into renewables, we'd love to hear from you.
For the right person, we're happy to provide training, mentoring and support towards Solar & Battery Accreditation.

What You'll Be Doing
Installing solar PV systems, battery storage, hot water systems and associated electrical works
Residential and commercial electrical installations
Commissioning, testing and troubleshooting renewable energy systems
Service and maintenance of existing solar and battery systems
Electrical switchboard upgrades and monitoring equipment
Preparing installation materials and stock
Completing compliance documentation and installation photos
Explaining system operation and monitoring to customers

What We're Looking For
We're looking for someone who takes pride in their work and wants to become an expert in renewable energy.
You will be:
A qualified Electrician with a current NSW Electrical Licence
Reliable, motivated and able to work independently
A strong communicator who enjoys working with customers
Passionate about quality workmanship and attention to detail
Physically fit and comfortable working on roofs and outdoors
Keen to learn and develop within the renewable energy industry
Able to work well as part of a close-knit team
Bonus Skills (Not Essential)
SAA (CEC) Grid Connect Accreditation
Solar PV and battery installation experience
Battery commissioning experience
Experience with premium inverter brands such as GoodWe, SolarEdge or Tesla
Hot water or heat pump installation experience
No solar experience?
That's okay.
