Working across Ecommerce, Product, Content, UX, Marketing and IT, you'll influence digital strategy, optimise customer experiences and provide analytics support for key digital projects and strategic initiatives across the business.What you'll doAnalyse website, customer and ecommerce data to uncover insights and opportunities.Partner with cross-functional teams to measure and optimise digital initiatives.Own digital measurement using GA4, GTM, BigQuery and SQL.Build dashboards and communicate insights that drive business decisions.Support strategic projects by defining measurement frameworks, tracking success and helping teams prioritise analytics initiatives.What you bring3+ years' experience in Digital or Ecommerce Analytics.Robust experience with GA4, GTM, BigQuery and SQL.Understanding of ecommerce, customer journeys and digital performance.Excellent stakeholder management, communication and prioritisation skills.A curious, proactive mindset with a passion for solving business problems through data.What's in it for you:Wellbeing programs including EAP, flu shots, skin checks,
